Personal information is used exclusively for legitimate debt recovery operations: contacting debtors, processing payments, generating legal documentation, and reporting to creditor clients. We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through role-based permissions, and all system activity is logged. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud platforms with regular security assessments.
Data Retention
Personal information is retained for the duration of active recovery mandates plus the legally required retention period. Once accounts are closed and retention periods expire, personal data is securely deleted.
