Service Agreement
Debt recovery services are provided under signed mandates between Alpha Recovery and the creditor (client). Fee structures, escalation protocols, and reporting cadences are defined per engagement agreement.
CRM Portal Access
Access to the client CRM portal is restricted to authorised users with valid credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and must not share access with unauthorised individuals.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access restricted data, interfere with system operations, or use any information obtained through the platform for purposes other than legitimate debt recovery activities.
Data Accuracy
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of debtor information provided to Alpha Recovery. We take reasonable steps to verify data but are not liable for errors in source records provided by clients.
Limitation of Liability
Alpha Recovery exercises professional care in all recovery activities but does not guarantee specific recovery outcomes. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service mandate with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Outstanding fees for work performed remain payable upon termination.
